Do trade orders ship free, and can I return them?
Yes to both. Shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia on every order, trade included, and the same 60-day return window applies with the return shipping on us. Orders leave within 2 to 4 business days and arrive 6 to 8 business days later, tracked. The 5-year warranty applies to every piece of the project.
